Yellow stressors/work design hazards (like understaffing, problem with work load or work pace, overtime, shift work, production quotas, problematic management techniques, threat of or actual harassment or violence)
Dark Blue physical hazards (like noise, vibration, radiation, poor lighting, lack of ventilation, extreme temperature)
Green chemical hazards (like solvents, asbestos, silica, metal dust, diesel fumes)
Light Blue safety hazards (like unguarded or unsafe machines or equipment, confined spaces, electrical hazards, fall hazards, slippery floors, lack of training)
